CA. S K Burman is the Managing Partner of the firm. He qualified as Chartered Accountant and is associated with the firm since 2011. Also passed examination of Company Secretary in the year 2010.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA). He has successfully completed “Certificate Courses” on the following :

• Concurrent Audit of Banks (ICAI)
• Foreign Trade Practice Management (St. Xavier’s College)
• Public Finance & Government Accounting (ICAI)
• Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (IIBF)
• International Taxation & FEMA (Consultease Academy)

He is expert in Project Consultancy, Taxation, Corporate finances and in handling work at various Government departments.

He was CEO of the Mega Project (A PPP model project in JV with the Government of India) and also been involved with various project with different governments body.

He was also Co-opted Member of EIRC in 2015-16 & in 2017-18.

CA. MANORANJAN SAHA

Qualifications: BCOM, FCA,

Specialisation: Internal Audit & Accounting

Post-qualification Experience: 45 Years

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and he started his career in service with Durgapur Projects Ltd., a Public Sector Undertaking and retired from there as General Manager of the organisation.

Thereafter,  he  switched  over  to  profession  of  chartered Accountancy and successfully handling audit, taxation, legal matters, income tax and company law matters.

CA HARSH SATISH UDESHI

Qualifications: B. COM, FCA, FCMA, ACS, DISA (ICAI)

Specialisation: Taxation and Forensic Audit

Post-qualification Experience: 14 Years

He is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also an Associate Company Secretary and a Fellow Cost Accountant. He specializes in area of Forensic Audit & Taxation.

He is a Qualified Peer Reviewer and holds the Diploma in Information System Audit [DISA] from ICAI.

He has successfully completed certification course on the following :

• Concurrent Audit of Banks
• Indirect Taxation
• Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection
• Valuation of Securities and Financial Assets
• Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting

He has also cleared the Social Auditors Examination and Mutual Fund Distributor Examination conducted by NISM.

He has also an cleared the examination of Independent Director being conducted by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

He is an active member of eminent professional bodies. He has also co-opted member to the Library Committee of EIRC of ICAI [2022-2023] and was also co-opted member to the Research Committee of EIRC of ICAI (2013-14).

He is a faculty to GMCS classes at EIRC of Chartered Accountants and GST classes at Institute of Cost Accountants.

He has authored Technical Guides on Mizoram & Sikkim VAT and Guide to Service Tax on Insurance Sector published by ICAI
